BAR16 is exclusively accessible for WeWork members with an active WeWork membership, and their guests who are 18 and over*, subject to the restrictions below:

BAR16 is dedicated to socialising and networking. We kindly ask that you refrain from using BAR16 as a workspace.

All beverages consumed in BAR16 must be purchased exclusively from BAR16.

No outside drink (including from WeWork 8th and 9th floors) is permitted.

Alcohol cannot be removed from the premises.

Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited on the roof terrace and within BAR16.

Glass containers of any kind are not permitted on the roof terrace for safety reasons. Plastic cups are available upon request.

WeWork fosters inclusivity and kindness. Harassment or disrespect of any kind towards our staff or other WeWork members and their guests will not be tolerated, and may result in appropriate action being taken including removal from BAR16.

A challenge 25 policy is in operation at this premises. Valid photographic ID may be requested to prove that you are over 18.

Any persons who are of legal drinking age that choose to consume alcohol in a WeWork space shall do so responsibly.

WeWork reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any WeWork members or their guests in our sole discretion, especially in cases where there is a violation of the WeWork Community Guidelines or intoxication.

WeWork is not responsible for any items left unattended.

*As a WeWork member, your guests are required to check-in at the front desk iPad and we’ll notify you of their arrival. Guests will not be allowed up to BAR16 until you have collected and escorted them your guests.

Only members with a valid physical membership, meeting room booking or desk booking for the day in 10 York Road are allowed entry.

Other WeWork members:

After 6pm, BAR16 can be accessed by individuals from other WeWork sites and their guests who possess a valid physical membership, on the condition that they pre-book a table through this form. The request for reservation must be made by 5:30 pm on the day.

- The bar area is dedicated to socialising and networking. Please refrain from using BAR16 as a workspace, and kindly utilise the various designated workspaces throughout the building for your professional needs.

- All food and beverages consumed on these premises must be purchased exclusively from BAR16. No outside food or drink is permitted.

- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the roof terrace and within BAR16.

- Glass containers or items are not permitted on the roof terrace for safety reasons. Plastic cups are available upon request for use on the roof terrace.

- Drink responsibly: We encourage responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages at BAR16. Please be mindful of your limits and drink responsibly. If you believe someone has had too much to drink, please inform our staff so that we can ensure their well-being.

- WeWork fosters inclusivity and kindness. Harassment or disrespect won't be tolerated may result in appropriate action being taken.

- Legal drinking age in the UK is 18. Only 18+ allowed to drink at BAR16. Please have your ID ready if requested.
